The golden boy of the Golden State Warriors Stephen Curry is currently enjoying a happy phase in his career. After the good run in the playoffs in the last season, he showed his talent in another sport, as he won the ACC golf tournament. He also released his new movie called “Underrated”, which received plenty of praise from critics and fans. On the other hand, the 4-time NBA champion is feeling proud as a father after his eldest daughter is aiming to become an athlete.

Notably, Curry has three children with his wife Ayesha. Their oldest daughter, Riley, is 11, while their second daughter, Ryan, is 7, and their son, Canon, is just 4. Despite being a basketball player, Curry is happy that his eldest daughter is pursuing her own path which appears to be influenced by their grandmother.

In a recent interview with People Magazine, Curry said, “I’ve introduced pretty much every sport, for the most part, to all of them… And Riley, she’s super into volleyball right now, and a light bulb went off, actually this year, where she’s excited to go to practice and dribbling or passing the ball around the house and all that type of stuff.”

A proud Curry further said, “So she’s found something she loves, and she’s passionate about it, and she loves to work at it.” It is worth mentioning that Curry’s mother, Sonya, was also an athlete back in high school.

Sonya played predominantly volleyball, which actually earned her a scholarship at Virginia Tech. She also played basketball and took part in track and field. The proud mother spoke her heart out in his son’s “Underrated” documentary.

Curry’s latest promotional tactic for Underrated

On July 21st, Curry’s documentary “Underrated” was released on Apple TV+ and in selected theaters. This movie shows the baby-faced assassin‘s journey from childhood to being an NBA champion with the Warriors.

To promote his film, the Warriors guard offered to give a two-month free trial on Apple TV+. Earlier, he took to Twitter and said, “I want to make sure everyone gets a chance to watch #UnderratedFilm, so I’m giving everybody a two-month free trial for Apple TV+”

On the other hand, his movie received good ratings; the movie has a 7.5 rating on IMDB and is at 87% on Rotten Tomatoes. Safe to say, the public is showing love for the movie, which is taking him to new heights in the latter half of his career.
