LeBron James is about to enter his 21st year in the NBA. While players end up way past their prime after 21 years in the NBA, The Chosen One does not even seem to have lost a step. However, the Los Angeles Lakers forward recently received major disrespect from a $1.1 Bn worth company that did not sit well with fans. They have now expressed their frustration via X.

LeBron James is undoubtedly still amongst the best players in the league. His numbers of 28.9 PPG, 8.3 RPG and 6.8 APG last season stand testament to this claim. However, the 38-year-old still did not make the $1.1 Bn worth company, CBS Sports’ top 10 list. CBS Sports ranked The King as the 12th best player in the league, much to the displeasure of fans. They vented out their frustration at the company taking to X.

Fans said that the company went “way too far” on the disrespect.

Some fans claimed this is the worst list they have seen in a long time.

Users also called ranking James 12th a crime.

Meanwhile, some questioned how Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler ranked higher than The King.

However, some seemed to agree with the $1.1Bn worth company.

Fans seemed enraged by CBS Sports’ Top 20 list. This is one of the rare occasions where the 38-year-old has fallen short of the Top 10 list in his entire 20-year career so far.

While his age may play a major role in his ranking, the 4-time champion has never let it get to his game. However, CBS Sports still believed there are 11 other players in the NBA better than King James. In fact, the company made several questionable choices in their list that has also enraged fans.

While LeBron James received major disrespect from the list, several other players also were not spared. The list ranked multiple NBA superstars much lower than their ranking on other Top 20 lists. This includes the Philadelphia 76ers center, Joel Embiid as well.

The reigning MVP, Embiid was among the players that received major disrespect as he ranked 6th on the list. Furthermore, All-NBA Second Team member, Jaylen Brown received a major snub from the list. The company decided to omit the Boston Celtics guard despite the whopping contract he signed in this year’s offseason that proved his worth. Additionally, even celebrated players like Trae Young and James Harden did not make the cut.
