Every loyal Stephen Curry fan would know Riley as the toddler who appeared in a hilarious press conference from 2015. Then 3-year-old Riley Curry stole the show with her cute antics while her father spoke to the media. The Golden State Warriors superstar has been making waves in the offseason with various off-court activities. One of the recent successes of the 2x MVP is the Apple TV documentary. The superstar’s accolades may tell an entirely different story, but he rose up to these ranks with a physique that no one considered NBA-worthy. The documentary followed a non-linear narrative where it went back and forth between Stephen Curry‘s college and NBA days. The 4x NBA Champion wished to enroll in Duke University, but they didn’t offer him the seat considering his height. Eventually, he ended up in a much smaller college: Davidson in North Carolina. The documentary takes us through the journey where his college transformed a rock into a well-chiseled sculpture.

As a parent, Steph felt that this documentary will instill confidence in his kids’ lives. He said, “Hopefully, this builds confidence and belief that whatever they want to excel at, that it is possible,” reported Today.com. While Steph’s kids Ryan and Canon are yet to watch the film, Riley watched it and gave out an adverse reaction.
As she was exposed to her father without facial hair and with a lean physique, it brought out a hilarious reaction from her. Describing it, Steph said, “She was just laughing at all the pictures and videos when I was young — no facial hair and just a whole different demeanor.”
Furthermore, he said that his 11-year-old daughter could relate to him in the film, as he started taking basketball seriously at a young age.
