The Golden State Warriors are facing a challenging season, grappling with hurdles. Even more, considering one of the Warriors’ best players,  Draymond Green is absent in the games. Despite the struggles, the team remained steadfast in its commitment to its fans and supporters. After their latest defeat against Nikola Jokic‘s Denver Nuggets, Klay Thompson candidly expressed his opinion on his teammate’s absence.

During the post-game conference, he explained how the team is looking forward to the 4x NBA All-Star’s return. He said, “Everywhere. I mean, it’s Draymond Green. He does everything. We’re just all so excited for when he comes back. It doesn’t even have to be stated what he means to this team.”

The spectacular game-winning shot sealed a surprising 130–127 victory over the Warriors. Despite stellar performances from Stephen Curry and Thompson, who contributed 30 and 24 points respectively, the Nuggets, led by Jokic’s impressive 34 points, 9 rebounds, and 10 assists, emerged triumphant. The Dubs were just moments away from their victory. It’s natural for the Warriors to feel the absence of Green during such games. The player is currently on an indefinite suspension because of his latest violence against Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic during a game on December 12. The team currently stands in 16-18. When do you think the player will return? Will the Warriors be able to bounce back? Let us know in the comments section below.
