Draymond Green has gained a notorious reputation because of his unsportsmanlike behavior and tenacious style of playing basketball. At this stage of his career, Draymond’s “bad-boy” reputation precedes his career achievements. However, there is one person that Draymond strays away from fighting and his name is Rick Celebrini, who serves as the physio of the Golden State Warriors.
In the latest episode of the Draymond Green Show, Draymond talked about his minutes restriction and his relationship with Rick Celebrini. He said, “It felt great to be back out there on the court. Played 23 minutes, coming back on a minutes restriction which if I am quite honest I don’t necessarily feel like I need much longer. But you’ve heard the name Rick Celebrini. He is a legend, he’s the don. I don’t fight with Rick. I take his guidance and I listen to it, and I roll with it.” Rick Celebrini is a former Canadian soccer player, who formerly held the role of head of sports medicine and science for the Vancouver Whitecaps FC. Currently, Rick is the director of sports medicine and performance for the Warriors.
