Draymond Green is back on the court after skipping the first few games due to an injury. He is playing at an elite level and is still part of Warrior?s core line-up. Contrary to his fiery personality and his trash talk on the court, he is a mama?s boy off the court. Mary Babers has not only been his supporter, but also his biggest fan.

She raised her three children in a stable environment despite facing poverty herself. Right after Green was drafted in 2012, his first purchase was a house for her mother.?The Warriors? star forward recently showed his appreciation for his mom?s enthusiasm by reposting a video she shared on Instagram.

The video shows Green making a tough shot over a defender while drawing a foul in a game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on November 3, 2023. The clip is from the third quarter when Green scored 11 of his 15 points to help the Warriors rally from a 13-point deficit and win 114-109. Green also had 10 rebounds, seven assists, four steals, and two blocks in the game.

Babers captioned the video with pride and enthusiasm for his fiery attitude and wrote, ?Eat My boi?. Green responded by re-sharing the video on his own Instagram story and wrote, ?Indeed Mama?.?

Babers is not shy about expressing her opinions on her son?s games, his teammates, his opponents, and the NBA?. She is also quick to defend him from critics and trolls. People also call her ‘The Heckler’, and she has been kicked out of gyms multiple times for her trash-talking.

Warriors win after Green?s interference was overturned?

Green is having a bounce-back season after struggling with injuries and inconsistency last year. He is averaging 9.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6 assists. per game, while shooting 46.7% from the field. In a narrow win against the OKC, he scored 15 points.?

The game was tied at 139-139 when Steph took a layup with .02 seconds remaining on the clock. Officials noticed Green had touched the rim as the ball bounced in the cylinder and called off the basket on offensive basket interference. The call-out was ultimately overturned after a review.
