Approaching his 39th birthday, LeBron James defies the relentless ticking of time, showcasing the agility and finesse reminiscent of his rookie days. In such a physically demanding league, James not only challenged the status quo but smashed it with remarkable displays of endurance. Despite being the oldest active player, he is posting monster averages of 25.2 points per game. However, all of this wasn’t some mere stroke of luck. The Chosen One has invested considerable time, resources, and relentless effort to ensure his body meets and exceeds the rigorous standards demanded by the physically taxing league.

In 2016, it was reported that King James spent roughly $1.5 million on body treatments, diet, and training. However, new details have emerged regarding his routine, thanks to his Los Angeles Lakers teammate Austin Reaves.

In a recent episode of The Old Man and the Three, hosted by former NBA star JJ Redick, Austin Reaves spilled the beans on what an average day for James looks like. As expected and on brand, James is still laser-focused on his career, even outside the court. Long story short, a typical day in the life of the Akron Hammer includes, you guessed it, a regimen of treatments and massages.

When Reaves asked James what his tomorrow looked like while they were returning from a four-game stand, James said, as Austin tells us, “I’ll get up. I don’t know he didn’t say a time He’s like,’ I’ll do some treatment at 10. Then I’ll probably get a massage at 11. Eat.’ He just kept going on about treatment stuff; he was like, ‘I’m going to lay in my whatever the chamber is,’ I was just like, ‘So your day is treatment’ and he was like, ‘Yeah pretty much’ I was like,’ All right cool.'”

If you’ve ever wondered what your beloved star is up to at 10 in the morning, chances are he’s likely in the midst of a treatment session.

LeBron James is the blueprint

You might now be wondering: What exactly does he spend a whopping $1.5 million on? James’ friend and business partner, Maverick Carter, revealed, according to Alex Kennedy of HoopsHype, that James gets a variety of unconventional treatments, including cryotherapy, hyperbaric chambers, special compression footwear for recovery, and personalized treatments with liquid nitrogen.
