This is Darvin Ham’s second year as the head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers. And he has an excellent roster on his hands in order to lead the Lakers franchise to another NBA championship.

After the game against the Golden State Warriors, Ham was asked about his views on Taurean Prince possibly taking a spot in the Lakers starting lineup in the upcoming regular season.

Ham chose not to address the statement and simply said, “Next question.” This was after he himself praised Prince’s ability to be a 3&D guy on their team. He called Prince, “A pro’s pro.”

Taurean Prince is one of the many latest additions to the roster. Prince spent the last two seasons with the Minnesota Timberwolves and had a good outing with his new team in their most recent matchup.

Darvin Ham with a deep Lakers roster

The Los Angeles Lakers have a roster that is loaded with talented players this season. This obviously gives the Lakers the advantage of having a deep bench but also creates a problem for the starting five.

The team would obviously start with Anthony Davis and D’Angelo Russell. Having LeBron James in the starting five is an absolute no-brainer. And another player that has gained traction is none other than Austin Reaves.
