The Golden State Warriors have been one of the most dominant teams of the past decade. Their accolades speak for themselves as the Dubs have established themselves as one of the greatest dynasties ever. One of the most integral parts of the dynasty alongside Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green has been Andre Iguodala. After 19 successful seasons in the league, the veteran has decided to call it quits.
Although he might be out of the team and the league, his massive entrepreneurial success means that Iggy will still be close to Curry and Thompson.

A huge number of NBA players end up broke after retiring from the league. Andre Iguodala is not one of them. Although he recently retired from the game, he already has a huge number of ventures and investments to his name.
One of them happens to be the TGL San Francisco Pro indoor golf team, which competes in the golf legend Tiger Woods’ golf league. Interestingly, Iguodala is not the only owner here from the world of basketball.

His title-winning teammates, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, are also co-owners. Safe to say, the Warriors boys will be seeing a lot of each other even though they might not play together on the court anymore.
A few days ago, TGL announced that Marc Lasry’s Avenue Sports Fund and four-time NBA champion Stephen Curry are the new owners of the San Fransisco side. Additionally, Iggy and Klay Thompson were also announced as minority owners.
Thanks to such ventures and investments, Iguodala has a massive $90 million net worth. In his 19 years in the league, playing for teams like the Warriors and the Miami Heat, the 2015 Finals MVP has earned $185 million in salaries alone.
Iguodala will receive a special honor
Although his final years in the league didn’t prove to be really useful for the team, Iguodala is a Warriors legend regardless. He joined the Dubs in 2013 and has proved to be one of their greatest players ever.

Even the team owner recognizes his efforts. Joe Lacob, the owner, announced that he wished to retire Iguodala’s number 9 jersey back in 2019. This was even before he helped the team win their fourth NBA title in eight years! Iguodala retires with an average of 6.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.4 assists.
