No doubt the Philadelphia 76ers were having a hard time tonight. Not solely because of James Harden and the NBA trouble, but much more. Beginning off with foul trouble in the first quarter, the 76ers were hopeless of a win in their first-season opener against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Along with that, the claims of violating the player participation policy are also looming high in Philadelphia. However, the Kansas veteran did turn the game around in the fourth quarter.

Although the 76ers made a change in the coach position after evacuating Doc Rivers, the player trade was a bit on the downside. With no major player changes, unlike the Boston Celtics and the Milwaukee Bucks, the Sixers did have a disadvantage.

Not only that but with their star player showing erratic behavior and not attending the practice sessions, it was a tough night for the team. However, the head coach has faith in the team?s new trade. Although the franchise lost to the Bucks 117?118, Kelly displayed a spectacular game.

And the performance also got a ‘thumbs up’ from the coach. When the reporter asked, ?What did you make up with Kelly?s ability to keep you guys in it???Coach Nick gave a straight answer. Nick Nurse said, ?Yeah, no, he did a good job. I think it?s kind of one of those. We needed a bench guy to fill in… Having a tough night tonight from the field. So, you know, just kind of replace that right there.”

He added, ?We certainly needed him tonight; he played very well.? Oubre registered a score of 27 points, four rebounds, and one steal with a 9-11 FG, all during his 32 minutes on the hardwood.

James Harden’s Absence: 76ers Deal with NBA’s PRP

James Harden has been that one ‘notorious’ player this entire preseason. From not showing up for practice sessions to the ‘LIAR’ incident back in China, the erratic behavior was followed by pushing a trade request.

After not attending the last practice session, Harden was nowhere to be seen in the first season opener of the franchise. The absence, though, was presented because of his ailing mother, and the team’s administration seems reluctant to see Harden’s commitment to the franchise.

Although the team stated reasons for his absence, it was a red light for the NBA. What followed was a serious investigation into the claims made and a quest to dig up the actual reasons. With the team a little weak on defense, they lost by a point to the Bucks with a score of 117-118.
