Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has taken the internet world by storm with the launch of Threads. While the public curiously engaged in figuring out the new social media platform, Twitter CEO Elon Musk accused Zuckerberg for allegedly copying his text-based interacting social media site. Amid Musk’s legal threat, Zuck’s sly dig invoked an NBA billionaire’s business question.

Ever since Musk took over Twitter, there have been a lot of controversies surrounding his administrative style. The internet world witnessed an online uproar when thousands lost their jobs on a short notice. NBA billionaire raises important question amid Musk-Elon rivalry

Elon Musk lately fired thousands of his employees from Twitter citing managerial reasons. And now, Musk’s company threatened Mark Zuckerberg of a legal action for stealing Twitter’s trade secrets.

Moreover, Musk also accused Meta of stealing former Twitter employees in order to launch the new app, Threads. While there hasn’t been any official reply for the legal warning, Zuck took a sly dig at Musk using his new app. 

Zuck wrote, “The goal is to keep it friendly as it expands… That’s one reason why Twitter never succeeded as much as I think it should have, and we want to do it differently.”

In response to Zuck’s statement on the app, thousands of users took to the comments with their opinions. Notably, the Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban, also pitched in with an important question. He pointed out a particular word from Meta CEO’s statement and wrote, “The challenge is “How do you scale friendly?”
