The Chicago Bulls have an enormous mountain to scale ahead of them. Despite having two offensive powerhouses in the team, the Bulls struggle to find their winning combinations. On top of it, the Zach LaVine trade rumors have been doing rounds in the NBA world for quite some time. While there isn’t any official word from the management, it definitely reached the Bulls locker room.
The Bulls recorded 4 victories in the season so far. On the hind side, the team lost 8 games despite LaVine’s points outburst. He currently averaged 22.6 points in 13 games with a high score of 51 points against the Detroit Pistons. Notably, the Bulls lost the game against the Pistons even after LaVine’s 50-pointer. DeMar DeRozan opens up on the Zach LaVine trade rumor
Amid the wildfire Zach LaVine trade rumor, the Bulls took on the Orlando Magic in the In-season Tournament on Friday night. LaVine once again proved his class, dropping 34 points. Unfortunately, the Chicago side once again failed to cross the line, as the efficient Magic side took home a 97-103 victory.

Following a disappointing loss against the Orlando Magic, LaVine’s star teammate DeMar DeRozan took up a few tough questions from the reporters in the locker room. Of course, the reporters addressed the elephant in the room, the Zach LaVine situation.
When a reporter asked DeRozan whether the trade rumors would affect the performance of the team, he gave out a stern reply. He said, “It won’t. It won’t… he played his league long enough. it’s something you got to deal with… It’s part of the game. It’s not preschool, we are grown men.”

He further stressed, “Whether it’s speculation or rumors… especially when things are not going your way, you can’t let outside things affect you.”

While DeRozan believes that the Zach LaVine situation is a rumor, there are several reports about LaVine’s potential future teams.

The Yahoo Sports’ Jake Fischer recently reported LaVine’s preferred teams amid the trade rumors. The Yahoo article revealed that the Bulls star eyes on Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat and the Philadelphia 76ers. Considering LaVine’s red hot touch, any team could easily buy into the deal. At the same time, will the Bulls try to convince the star to stick to the Chicago side and help DeRozan steady the ship?
