38-year-old LeBron James will head into his 21st season in the NBA. This is an achievement in itself!
However, it looks like James wants more.
Taking to his Instagram handle, the four-time NBA champion shared a video of a workout session with an eminent NBA trainer, Chris Johnson. James has been indulging in workout sessions with Johnson for the past few days and is improving on some of his weaknesses.
“Let’s Get It!!! It’s Just Work. Prime Time Year Coming #21”, wrote James while sharing a reel of his workout sessions on his Instagram story. Interestingly, this comes just days after Julius Erving named his Top 10 NBA players.
To everyone’s dismay, the list had some major snubs.
Names like LeBron, Kobe Bryant, and Stephen Curry were all missing from the list. This had the NBA fraternity shocked, and Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young also expressed his disappointment on social media.
James’ future was in doubt a few weeks ago
Following a heartbreaking loss to the Denver Nuggets, James made some concerning comments about his future. This had fans and the media thinking about whether that was the last time we ever saw King James take to the basketball court.
Thankfully, James laid all those rumors to rest. He confirmed his participation during the 2023-24 NBA season during the ESPN ESPY award show.
