Over the last few games, the LA Clippers missed their star baller Paul George, owing to a knee injury. Even though the team announced that the star was listed on Day-to-Day injury report, there was a major buzz surrounding his return. It was because of the star’s past with the injuries.
Ever since he joined the Clippers fold in 2019, PG-13 and Kawhi Leonard have sustained multiple season-ending injuries, leaving the team hanging in the middle of the season. However, in this season, everything seemed to be going as per plan. Especially after the James Harden trade, the team has been competing for a spot at the top of the Western Conference table.
Unfortunately, it all may come crashing down after Russell Westbrook‘s injury. The former MVP has been leading the Clips’ second unit and also stamped his authority with his performance. Even though the management has reduced the star’s minutes on the court, he has managed to average 11 points per game this season.
