The Clippers are set to tread on a tough terrain amid their shaky stretch. The LA side already lost its second unit leader, Russell Westbrook, for an indefinite time owing to a finger injury. And now, the team has a triple trouble ahead of their clash against the Chicago Bulls. The already shorthanded Clippers may lose their big-3, Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and James Harden, for tomorrow night’s clash.
The latest injury report ahead of the Clips-Bulls clash revealed that all three big guns have been listed as Questionables. On top of that, the team’s starting center, Ivica Zubac is added to Day-to-Day category. Considering the current form of the Bulls, the LA side might find it difficult to cross the line.

Injuries aren’t anything new for the Clippers. In the last few seasons, during the PG-Leonard era, the injuries had plagued the side and shut down its championship hopes. However, in this season, comparatively, the team has had a healthy season. Even Kawhi Leonard himself joked about his injury-free stretch. He hilariously said, “Not tearing my ACL and not tearing my meniscus,” when a reporter asked about his fitness.
There isn’t clarity on the severity of the injuries. According to Tomer Azarly, a reporter, PG-13 has left knee soreness, Leonard has left groin soreness, and Harden has left shoulder strain. Recently, Paul George missed a couple of games, owing to his knee injury. But, after his return, the star has turned up with great numbers, averaging 21.7 points since his return.
James Harden hasn’t had any serious injury break this season. He has taken up the orchestrator’s role to its perfection. And, if the superstar misses out on the upcoming game, then it could strangle the Clippers’ smooth run.

The Chicago Bulls will step into the game with heightened confidence, as they shrugged off the in-form Warriors. The Bulls leader, DeMar DeRozan, has been a true workhorse, leading from the front. Notably, the 34-year-old star currently holds the record for most minutes on the floor, averaging 37.8 minutes on the court. Adding to his showcase, he also received huge praise from the Dubs’ coach Steve Kerr.

Along with him, Coby White has had a breakout season. The Bulls can slip away with a comfortable win against the shorthanded Clippers. White has also made a strong case for the Most Improved Player award. The LA side might have a nightmare facing the Bulls without their Big 3.
On the other hand, Questionables category doesn’t necessarily mean that all three of them would miss the game, maybe Tyron Lue might bench one of them. Who do you think Ty Lue will bench tomorrow? Let us know in the comments.
