The Raptors (4-4) will make a stop at Boston’s TD Garden tonight for their first game against the Celtics (6-2). The Celtics are coming off a glorious 121-107 against the Nets, after suffering back-to-back losses against the Timberwolves and Philly’s Sixers. This will be the first of four games between the two giants.

The Celtics led the offensive ranking chart before taking consecutive beatings from the Wolves and the Philly Nation. Tonight could be a chance to change the tides and grab the top spot once again. Regardless, this is a much-anticipated game, two teams with one of the biggest fanbases in the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference going head-to-head. Let us look at what starting lineup to expect from the home team.

Al, with a right knee injury, is also questionable. Apart from this, the team is set to go and pocket a win against their all-time rival.

Celtics have overshadowed the Raptors in recent history

If we trace back a little further to last season, the Celtics overpowered the Raptors by winning all four of their regular-season games. In the previous regular season games, the Celtics swept over their rival by winning eight of the ten games that they played against each other.

The Raptors, who are currently 3rd in the Atlantic Division, are coming off two back-to-back wins against the Spurs and the Mavs to take on the Celtics on this high note, who are leading with 2nd in the division.
