In 2016, Randy Mims and Paul Rivera introduced a unique concept: The Shop. This talk show, featuring LeBron James and Maverick Carter, was designed to emulate the atmosphere of a barbershop. And now, after six seasons of serving local banter, The Shop has decided to offer people another side – the personal care side – of the experience. The SpringHill company, which has since diversified into hosting live events and launching products, is to debut in the personal care industry with its brand-new men’s grooming line, set to launch this spring.
As per the statement released by the company, it is partnering up with Parlux- which is also the partner for Drake’s Better World Fragrance House and Billie Eilish’s fragrance line – to develop a seven-product collection of skin, hair, and beard care. The first collection, to be released this April, will include an exfoliating face wash, soothing shave cream, aftershave toner, hydrating facial lotion, deep-conditioning beard cream, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, and styling pomade.

Interested buyers can find the products at their nearest Walmart stores since The Shop men’s grooming line will be available at roughly 1600 Walmart outlets nationwide. In addition to being vegan and cruelty-free, the products are also affordable, with each product priced under $10. The rationale behind this is to build a product line that works and is accessible to men of all ages.

Paul Rivera, co-creator of The Shop, told WWD, “We created The Shop out of a deep love and passion for the barbershop experience. Our show was designed to bring people inside the shop for the debates, the arguments and the therapy you can only get at a true neighborhood spot. Now, we want to give people another side to the experience.”
And there are no doubts about the quality of the products, given how seriously James takes self-care. It was not long ago that he went viral for answering media questions while doing some personal grooming.
The secret behind LeBron James’ longevity
