The Curry Clan is expanding with Ayesha and Stephen Curry’s baby no.4. Recently, Ayesha and Lindsay Lohan appeared on Radio Andy to promote their movie, “Irish Wish” but that’s not the extent of their relationship! In fact, Lindsay is the godmother to all three children of the Curry Clan. When Andy Cohen asked if Lindsay would be the godmother to the new baby as well, Ayesha evaded the question with, “For us, we typically wait until after the baby is born,” to which Lindsay offered a witty reply!

Lindsay wittingly stated, “You just reminded me of the Feud, the new Truman Capote show…where everyone wants to be belle of the ball and you just put her on the spot like that.”
The Story of the Curry-Lohan Connection
Interestingly, their friendship remained largely under the wraps, but it all came to light at a Warriors game in February. Lindsay Lohan’s husband, Bader Shammas, posted a photo on his Instagram of a signed basketball jersey they received from Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry. The jersey, gifted after Curry scored an impressive 60 points against the Atlanta Hawks, read “To Luai” and “Your godparents love you! Warriors!!” Talk about MVP treatment! Lindsay reposted the photo on her socials like a proud mama bear.

The Warriors may have lost 134-141 in overtime to the Atlanta Hawks, but Steph still stole the show with his legendary 60-point performance, making him one of only two players in history (alongside the GOAT Kobe Bryant) to score over 60 at 35 or older. Chef Curry is definitely cooking this season, averaging a whopping 28.1 points and 5.0 assists per game, while also nailing an impressive 41.1% of his three-pointers.
Ayesha Curry was added to the cast of “Irish Wish” in September 2022 and was spotted with Lohan several times during the shoot and post-production. The connection between the two couples likely predates the movie, as Lohan is already the godmother of all of Ayesha’s children, with Riley being born in 2012.
Another interesting fact that came up on Radio Andy was that all the Curry kids were born in the month of July! Riley, 11, was born in July 2012; daughter Ryan, 8, was born in July 2015; and son Canon, 5, was born in July 2018.
When asked about the due date of baby number 4, Ayesha playfully dodged the question with, “I’ll just say it’s not in July,” and shared how the couple had been trying for a while but also that she sees baby no. 4 as the final charm. So, will bestie Lindsay become the official godmother once again? Share your thoughts below!
