James Harden reported to the 76ers training camp this Wednesday after resorting to childish practices and constant demand to be traded. Harden has been pushing for a trade since July, and to his own surprise, barely any team has shown interest.
Although the ?eager to be traded? player has no intention of remaining in Philadelphia, the lack of deals is quite gruesome for the franchise as well. With speculations around his ability to still play like an All-Star-caliber player, Stephen A. Smith has a lot to say about the three-time scoring champion.
Definitely, the scenario here is that the aging superstar is not coveted enough to get what he wants, but should any franchise pursue James Harden?

“No one should pursue James Harden.” Stephen A.
Stephen Smith made an appearance at a recent talk show with ESPN and made some bold statements about the player?s conduct. Beginning with the ?liar? allegation made by James Harden against Daryl Morey and the constant push for a trade, the NBA is smelling some deep trouble for the player.
The recent talks on First Take between Chris ?Mad Dog? and S. Smith reveal some worrisome facts for the player. Stephen A. said, ?It?s another thing for you to act like a petulant child when you are over there in China, calling him a LIAR with a microphone and camera on.”?
He continued, ?And then coming back to the States and reiterating that point, we got the message, but you?re a grown man.? When asked about the trade prospects for Harden, Stephen said, ?James Harden could go to a lot of places, but somebody is actually pursuing him because of Houston, Brooklyn, and now Philadelphia. I can?t justify anybody going pursuing him.”
Although Stephen A. is a fan of James Harden, when the All-Star player forced his way out of the Houston Rockets, it was a big no-no.
James Hardon lost the deal with the Houston Rockets
James Harden is yet to find a new team for the 2023?24 season after the $200,000,000+ rescinded offer from the Houston Rockets. Stephen made this astonishing revision when he said, ?I got tipped off last week by a very reliable source about something that happened in Houston a few months ago.? He continued, ?The Houston Rockets were talking to James Harden, thinking about bringing him back after Ime Udoka was brought in.”
