Jimmy Butler is a shapeshifter. He has many avatars that show up at different times. Recently, he has put on his troll version for picking his all-time best five from different teams. The apt name for this hilarious list should have been Jimmy?s Absurd Five. And yet, that soft-spoken Celtic need not have caught Jimmy’s strays.

Fans have always loved Jimmy Butler for his candidness and never give up attitude. But this time, as much as they are just seeing a troll video, beneath the veneer, Jimmy could have been playing mind games with the Celtics.

A couple of days ago Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder, gave his best starting five list with 6 NBA stars and got trolled mercilessly. When that list boasted of NBA legends, Jimmy?s list will be something found in ?Obscure Sports Quarterly? along with Dodgeball news. He had Donte DiVincenzo as the point guard who is a decent player. Then his list consisted of S. Novak, K. Singler, S. Padgett, and finally, Jimmy dragged Al Horford to the list. Did troll Jimmy include Al Horford for fun? Or is he keeping the fire alive to see him and the Celtics in the playoffs? Regardless of how this ends up, Jimmy always keeps his fans engaged.

For anyone who has missed Jimmy on the Heat?s media day, please google and look up his ?EMMO Avatar.? Jimmy turned up exquisitely and had a field day with the media. This was also a message for the Heat?s organization, which missed out on a great shooting point guard.

And this off-season was no different. First Damian Lillard signs an extension with the Blazers, then later asks to be traded from Portland, and specifies the Miami Heat as his destination of choice. After many months of back and forth, he goes to the East, but not to Jimmy Butler?s team.

While the Bucks have become a superior force with Lillard in their lineup, the Heat had missed out on Gabe Vincent, who has gone to the Lakers. The Celtics are also a different team altogether. Jimmy, who is playing jokes on his rivals, would not be happy if the heat remains the same before the playoffs. And if the Bucks go on to win a title, then Lillard to the Heat dream would be the biggest what-if question that would haunt Pat Riley?s team.
