Antonio Brown is at it again. The former NFL player recently enraged the Swifties by uploading a grossly edited AI artwork of Taylor Swift kissing him while wearing his Pittsburgh Steelers outfit. And the wrath of the Swifties was not enough for him to stop. This time, he is firing shots at LeBron James after a clip of him sitting next to the Lakers’ governor, Jeanie Buss, and her friend, Linda Rambis, during the Los Angeles Lakers game on Friday went viral on X.

The viral clip of the two women getting physically affectionate with James took an inappropriate turn when Brown photoshopped James in a compromising situation with two women and wrote, “He Got Game 2 #CTESPN.”

The clip was from the Los Angeles Lakers timeout during the marquee matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks, which the Lakers eventually won by a narrow scoreline of 123-122. King James did not suit up for the matchup due to a sore ankle that has been bothering him for the past two months. This comes after he had to leave the court early the previous night.
During the Lakers’ 120-130 loss to the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday, James hobbled off the court early with three minutes left, wincing in pain. When journalist Rachel Nichols asked him what the doctors were saying regarding the injury and how it would get better, he replied, “Rest.” While she had some concerns about the Lakers not being able to stay afloat in James’ absence, the team proved those notions wrong with their recent performance.

Lakers overcome LeBron James’ absence
The Lakers were able to overcome James’ absence during the showdown against the Bucks, thanks in large part to D’Angelo Russell’s 44 points and clutch go-ahead floater with 5.9 seconds remaining. In addition, he also dished out nine assists and grabbed six rebounds to help the Lakers bounce back from their previous loss. Joining him in leading the team to victory was Anthony Davis, who posted a double-double with 22 points and 13 rebounds. Austin Reaves was a force off the bench, adding 18 points to help the Lakers, while James sat out to rest his sore left ankle.
Their recent acquisition, Spencer Dinwiddie, played a crucial role on the defensive end, blocking a potential game-winning shot from Damian Lillard right before the buzzer. The win speaks volumes as the Lakers emerged victorious despite Giannis Antetokounmpo and Lillard combining for 62 points in their second consecutive loss.

With this game, the Lakers improved their record to 5-4 without James on the floor. While this might not be impressive, it is still better than their abysmal 28-24 record with him in the game. However, his impact on the team is undeniable. Apart from his intangibles, he regularly posts 25.3 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 8.0 assists per game. The record only goes to show that the Lakers will be able to hold their own when James is not playing.
