Former MVPs and superstars like LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, James Harden, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Joel Embiid, and Nikola Jokic will grace the court on the 25th of December in different games throughout the day.

There will be five games between ten teams that will commence in the afternoon and stretch through the night. In celebration and anticipation of this magical day, the league has just recently released a heartwarming stop-motion video that has been making the rounds on the internet.

Titled ‘THE GIFT OF GAME| NBA CHRISTMAS DAY 2023‘, the video shows miniature versions of our favorite stars like Bron, KD, Steph, Harden, Jimmy Butler, Giannis, Jokic, Luka Doncic playing an intense game under a gorgeously decorated Christmas tree. The owners of the house, a young couple, their two children, and a grandpa watch the game discreetly from the stairs so as not to interfere with the ongoing game.

Toward the end of the video, the video zooms out and we see a variety of toys that have come to life, huddling around the stars and cheering them on. As LeBron slams a gravity-defying dunk, one of the young kids, whispers from the stairs, “Best. Christmas. Ever.” Best Christmas gift ever, if you ask me. Now, let’s take a look at the teams that will be playing on the Jingle Jam day.

Bucks vs Knicks kicks off the day

The Bucks vs Knicks game will set the day in motion followed by the Warriors vs the Nuggets, two former NBA Champions, one of which is the reigning title holder. Then, the Celtics will take on their all-time rival and Champions of the IST a.k.a the Lakers.
