It was only a year ago, a famous social media influencer took the NBA by storm. A Youtuber by the name of JiDion had Karl-Anthony Towns, Anthony Edwards, and other Minnesota Timberwolves stars in mouth-opening shock. He was getting a haircut in the arena. Yes, the American YouTuber hired a barber and enacted a haircut, even though he is bald. The 22-year-old regularly engages in such daring stunts. And recently, he did so with the WNBA.

JiDion went to two WNBA games for his recent upload. His shenanigans had him kicked out, but he might face a grander punishment that involves the NBA.

JiDion gets blacklisted by the NBA

His first stint came when he went to watch the Dallas Wings take on the Minnesota Lynx. The video began with him hinting he would be attempting to take a nap during the game. He had all the equipment at hand, including a cozy, soft pillow. However, he found an opportunity to wreak havoc at the most unexpected time. Sitting courtside, a ball came flying towards him. Instead of returning the ball, he shot an airball. The sight was hilarious, but it wasn’t funny for the arena management who proceeded to kick him out.

Even a call to Karl-Anthony Towns, a superstar in Minnesota couldn’t keep him within the premises.

So he had to find another window. Marvelously, he booked a flight to Atlanta to attempt his napping stunt. JiDion’s next stop was the game between the Atlanta Dream and the Seattle Storm. The YouTuber spent $40,000 just to get to the arena apart from purchasing three courtside tickets. He had spent an excessive amount of money to back away from his practical joke, and so he bravely pulled it off.

The 22-year-old bought three seats all to himself. Upon entering, he started telling his neighbors about him having sleep apnea. Of course, he was spreading misinformation. Seconds later, clips cut to him taking a nap in various positions. He even got a warning from the staff, but JiDion stayed determined to his task.

It got to a point where things out of hand. Likewise, he was escorted out of the arena. Staff and security crowded the YouTuber. He was then informed he would be facing a ban from ‘all-NBA related events’. Moreover, it was also suggested that they would pass on information to other sports leagues to blacklist JiDion from their arenas.
