The matchup for being one of the top four teams in this year’s NBA In-season Tournament is underway. The Los Angeles Lakers are hosting the Phoenix Suns for the fourth and final spot, hoping to win it all.

While tensions are high, one can be sure that numerous well-known celebrities will be in attendance. One of which was a defending NBA champion who was accompanied by none other than Floyd Mayweather.

It is always an exciting game to witness LeBron James and Kevin Durant go head-to-head with one another. Add the thrill of the In-season Tournament, and you have a replica of a playoff atmosphere.

While there may be many big names and familiar faces sitting courtside, one was the reigning NBA champion. Denver Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. was seen arriving at the game along with former boxing legend, Floyd Mayweather.

The In-season quarterfinals between the Lakers and the Suns is anticipated to be a good one. Both teams will be looking to take an early lead and set the tone of the game in their favor in order to avoid late-game surprises.

Being a knockout game, this is an all-or-nothing scenario for the Phoenix Suns. Though the Suns have Kevin Durant and their star shooting guard, Devin Booker, the team will be missing Bradley Beal in tonight’s game.

Whereas the Lakers finally have Jarred Vanderbilt in their lineup after a long time. It will be interesting to see who finally comes out on top. And now that the Nuggets are out of the tournament, having MPJ sitting courtside with a boxing legend just adds more value to the game.

The Los Angeles Lakers jumped to an early 10-point lead against the Phoenix Suns. While the Lakers’ offense was great, it was their relentless effort on the defensive end that was commendable.

The Lakers channeled their offense through Anthony Davis who has become the team’s pioneer on offense over the last few games.. LeBron James made sure to be a solid backup option for the team while also facilitating the ball.

The Suns’ stars seemed to be under an absolute lock as both Kevin Durant and Devin Booker finished the first quarter with 4 points each. It will be interesting to see how this matchup turns out to be.
