The Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James climbed up another ladder in the NBA world. Months after surpassing the legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to become the scoring king of the NBA, he surpassed Klay Thompson on a different ladder. The Splash Bros Stephen Curry and China Klay have been in the three-point business since their rookie season. While Steph leads the board, Thompson stands at the 7th spot. However, after tonight’s game, King James pulled him a spot down.
Currently, it does feel like LeBron James doesn’t have any more ladders to climb in the hoops nation. During the course of his still-active illustrious career, the 4x NBA Champion has left the fans in disbelief with the amount of records, he has been shattering on a regular basis. In that vein, he made his mark in the three-pointers club as well.

The Warriors didn’t step on the court for their last two schedules because of the tragic of their assistant coach, Dejan Milojević. During that window, LeBron James found the opportunity to surpass Klay Thompson in the All-Time 3PM ladder.
Early in the Friday night game against the Brooklyn Nets, James buried two deep three-pointers. With those two buckets, he recorded his 2,344th three-pointer in his 1,722nd game and moved up to the 7th spot in the all-time three-points made in NBA history.
Meanwhile, it could become a cat-and-mouse game between Bron and Klay, as the latter has made 2,343 three-pointers in just 913 games. The Golden State Warriors star still has a few seasons left in him, so he could surpass James again.

Thompson, who had a rusty start to the season, has found his groove finally, as he was back to drain three pointers in the last few outings. So King James might again slip back to the eighth spot after the Warriors star returns to the court.
