Callum Walsh recently squared off against Ismael Villarreal inside the prestigious Madison Square Garden in New York. Since Walsh is a rising prospect who remains undefeated in the sport, several well-known figures from the world of entertainment and combat sports, attended the mentioned event. Among others, ahead of the highly anticipated UFC 295 where Jiří Procházka will take on Alex Pereira, and following UFC and WWE getting merged into one company, the CEO of WWE and President of UFC witnessed Walsh vs. Ismael live.
Given a brief clip, one can see that WWE’s CEO and UFC’s president enjoyed the fight. However, after Walsh won the contest a certain section felt the decision was controversial. But, several fans loudly objected to it.

After UFC and WWE were merged into one company – TKO, Dana White and Nick Khan have frequently hung out. And ahead of UFC 295, it seems Khan and White wanted to relax by watching a boxing event in New York. Likewise, the CEO of WWE and President of UFC came to enjoy Walsh vs. Ismael. While Khan was accompanied by Triple H, White had UFC’s Chief Business Officer Hunter Cambell with him. And after the decision of the fight was announced, the entities lauded Walsh’s latest win.
According to one fan, it is insane that the mentioned figures witnessed the fight. Likewise, they said, “Holy s**t, Khan, Triple H, Hunter and Dana, all watching that’s nuts.”

Well, since there is a discussion about the scorecard, it is reasonable that we take a look at it.
How did the judges score Walsh vs. Ismael?
The bout was scheduled for 10 rounds and Walsh won the same via UD. Given their performances, all three judges scored the bout in Walsh’s favor. While both Max DeLuca and Glenn Feldman scored the contest 97-92, Eric Marlinski scored the bout 96-93. Although a certain section questioned the decision, one must admit that the judges certainly saw something that led them to crown Walsh with the win.
