Adrien Broner has taken social media by storm ever since he walked out of prison. The boxer was incarcerated for not abiding by a court-mandated alcoholism program. It was the last nail in the coffin of his downfall. Considered to be in his prime, Broner’s world broke loose when a series of things culminated to herald the lowest point in his life.

From alcoholism to gambling addiction, the fighter saw himself in the shadows of things, not in his favor. Now, as he hopes to rebuild his legacy, he has leveraged social media to write his story of healing. However, the last few days have seen the controversial fighter make some really atypical statements.

From the surface of it all, it seems like Broner does have a seemingly familial take on life. The boxer has seven kids with 6 women. On multiple occasions, he’s made the headlines while having a conversation about them. Recently, he reshared a meme on his stories that spoke about Child Support provisions in the US. The provision mandates a non-custodial parent to pay a certain sum of money to the custodial parent. This is in order to cover the expenses of the child till a certain age.

Earlier, in a public spat with his kids, Broner had promised to take care of his kids till he got old. He said, “Baby I’m just joking, I don’t care I will take care of y’all until I’m old and can’t walk talk and move no more daddy will always have y’all back.

Broner to reclaim his glory

The controversial fighter is chasing his glory back by taking accountability for everything that went wrong in his life. From thanking his uncle and trainer for always being there by him in dark times to expressing his gratitude toward Don King for taking on Broner, the fighter is reciprocating well to everyone who’s been there for him. His zeal in excelling through turbulent waters seems undeterred as he demonstrated the will to do so not so long ago.
