The 16-4-0 boxer from Japan shocked the world by defeating Ebanie Bridges via unanimous decision. Interestingly, what made the night even more special for Yoshida was the fact that her mother was in the audience, cheering for the 35-year-old pugilist.

As the fight began, Bridges was the crowd favorite, but soon, it was pretty clear who was dominating. Despite agreeing to fight Bridges with just 20 days’ notice, Miyo ‘Musashi’ proved experience beats hype. When fans found the tweet, chaos erupted in the comment section.

However, later in the tweet, she wrote, “I’m so proud to be a part of the forged army, and I can’t wait to smash a forged Irish stout after I smash my opponent tonight,” wrote Bridges.
