Dillian Whyte would love to move on right after his potential rematch with Anthony Joshua. In fact, ‘The Body Snatcher’, who believes he can avenge his loss against ‘AJ’, wants to face Deontay Wilder in the ring. Reportedly, Saudi Arabia is trying to stage a $400 million worth of event in December. As per the rumors, Oleksandr Usyk, Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury, and Deontay Wilder would fight on the same card at this event. However, Whyte suddenly wants a piece of that.

Ahead of his potential rematch with ‘AJ’, ‘The Body Snatcher’ has desired Joshua’s spot against Wilder on the mentioned card. While Joshua would have potentially fought Wilder in December, Whyte wants to face the American given he defeats ‘AJ’. Here is what Whyte said in his latest interview with Jim White and Simon Jordan.

Dillian Whyte, who hoped for a “simple contract” that would allow him to move on and get a “big fight in Saudi Arabia” after his rematch with Anthony Joshua, claims to have received a “complicated contract” from AJ’s team. Although the 36-year-old wanted to chase new opportunities after the potential rematch with Joshua on the 12th of August, the contract in question would reportedly “tie him in” with a rematch clause. “They sent a very complicated contract with a lot of hoops and a lot of hooks to hook me in,” complained Whyte. “I just want a simple contract, a simple fight, the winner moves on and has a big fight in Saudi Arabia,” he stated, craving for a spot on the potential $400 million fight card.

Since with a rematch clause Whyte must fight Joshua again despite a win, the former believes he won’t “get an opportunity“. At this moment of his career, Whyte is of the view that the “big carrot and the big prize is to fight Deontay Wilder in Saudi Arabia” on the mentioned card. In this connection, ‘The Body Snatcher’ even expressed annoyance at Eddie Hearn for declaring that he has two other possible fights in store for Joshua. “What I don’t like is Eddie Hearn’s out there talking nonsense. Just shut up, no one cares who you’ve got ready to go. It’s a proper fight, let’s get the fight made,” Whyte firmly stated.
