Sylvester Stallone Forgets How a ‘Rocky’ Shirt Got Into a Gangster Movie Released in 2000; Fans Are Having a Field Day

The Rocky movie franchise has certainly set a benchmark and has changed the way people perceive sports films. And the franchise has given rise to a new wave in modern cinema. However, Sylvester Stallone‘s portrayal of an underdog becoming a world champion, ‘Rocky Balboa,’ is not something the fans can easily forget. And it is safe to say that many draw inspiration from the life of Balboa even now. But, as pervasive as the main character is, it seems like Stallone has some serious questions about a misplaced ‘Rocky’ shirt. And the fans are having a field day.

Stallone took to Instagram to share a picture of him wearing a ‘Rocky’ Shirt on the sets of another of his movie, Get Carter. Stallone is active on social media and likes to share snips of his life with his loyal fans. Notably, Stallone recently shared a training clip from Rocky.

“Rocky is part of everything!”: Fans answer Sylvester Stallone’s question

Stallone’s movie, Get Carter, was released in 2000 and was a recreation of a British Gangster movie released in 1971 which goes by the same name. In the picture shared by Stallone, he is seen wearing a ‘Rocky’ Shirt.

There were doubts about the shirt being in the movie, and many wanted to know if it was done knowingly or unknowingly. Stallone has answered that question, and it seems like it was done unplanned. And the 76-year-old himself wants to know how the shirt got there. Stallone wrote, “Somebody, please tell me how this shirt got into the movie “Get Carter”????? LOL. I really enjoyed this film and it was directed wonderfully by Stephen Kay.”

Stallone’s loyal fans shared their inputs and appreciation messages to show their respect for the acting legend. One user claimed that ‘Rocky’ is part of almost everything. And that’s the reason why the shirt got there. She wrote, “Rocky is part of everything! That’s how!!”

Another user has found a source of inspiration in Sylvester Stallone and wanted to thank Stallone for the same. He commented, “You’ve inspired me my whole life Sly. Especially us little guys. Thank you.” Meanwhile, one user had a simple answer to the actor’s question. He wrote, “Rocky lives on in everybody.”

One fan believes that ‘Rocky’ will look good in any movie. He wrote, “Woww!!I don’t know how it got there but it looks great! Rocky looks good in any movie!keep punching.” Another fan simply wrote, “you my role model Sly.”
