The stage has been set for KSI’s return to the ring against British professional boxer Tommy Fury. This marks his first step out of influencer boxing following in the footsteps of Jake Paul. After his previous controversial win over Joe Fournier, this fight can be seen as his chance to clear his name and possibly get rid of the nickname ‘Elbowman,’ that fans have given him ever since the incident. The fight is scheduled to take place on October 14, 2023, at the AO Arena in Manchester, England. It is the main card event for the Misfits × DAZN collaboration- The PRIME Card.
As the day of the fight inches closer, the tensions are rising as well. While Fury has made it his mission to end YouTube boxing, KSI sees this as a chance to prove himself better than Paul. Moreover, being from the Fury family and a professional boxer, Tommy Fury is definitely the favorite for the match-up. However, KSI doesn’t plan to go down without a fight. Recently, he shared a training montage on social media. In the video, he went all out on the vertical climbing machine to the point that he almost passed out in the end. This raises a concern among the fans as the question arises- is KSI overworking himself?
