Ryan Garcia’s promotional antics continue! Following a public mental breakdown on social media, the Victorville native has confirmed the legitimacy of his raffle for his upcoming fight against Devin Haney. The super lightweight rivals are scheduled to fight on 20 April at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. However, with just over a month left in his clash, Ryan Garcia has roped in Kanye West, Beyonce, and Kylie Jenner

If all the drama spanning the last few days wasn’t enough, on March 3, Garcia announced a raffle, which could potentially get his fans a rare Gucci bag, signed gloves from the Duarte fight, signed shorts from the Campbell fight, two fight tickets and paid flight and accommodation. It involved everyone wishing to enter the raffle, paying $25 each. However, people might not be buying into his promotional tactic, so he decided to put them at ease with an Instagram story today.

Ryan Garcia claims he likes to pay it forward

In his earlier announcement about the raffle, Garcia discussed potential hires like Kanye West and Beyoncé, alongside an unrelated plea to Kylie Jenner: “@kyliejenner what’s good. I love you. Hit me back.” However, today, his tone was a lot different on Instagram, claiming, “For anyone wondering the legitimacy of this giveaway, let me clear it up. 100%.”

Garcia highlighted that people have the opportunity to get two tickets to his fight and memorabilia from his previous fights. He also reiterated the part about the Gucchi bags, writing, “Covering [the] cost of flights and 1 of 3 Gucci bag.”

In the following story, Garcia asked people to share their entry into the raffle on their Instagram story and tag him. He claimed, “Ima hop in some DM’s and do a [FaceTime] with some of you if y’all want to talk.” However, for this to happen, people need to show proof that they have entered the raffle.

Moreover, Garcia had an excellent idea to share the raffle with the wider public! He asked his followers to share the raffle on their social media, and he will “Cash app a few people who share the raffle.” As to why Garcia is being so generous, he claimed, “I like to pay it forward blessings on top of blessings. I love all of you.”

With that said, there have been doubts about Garcia’s mental health and his ability to fight despite his confirmation about being ready to face Devin Haney. As far as the raffle from Ryan Garcia is concerned, it’s probably a way to create more anticipation about his fight. Are you entering Garcia’s giveaway? Let us know in the comments section below.
