A contrast in styles is what makes fights. The fight between Rolando ‘Rolly’ Romero and Isaac Cruz is built on similarities and differences between the two. Romero’s only loss was against Gervonta Davis. Interestingly, Davis is also one of the only two people to have beaten Cruz. The WBA junior welterweight champion will be defending his title for the first time. Whereas, Cruz is moving up in weight for his first-ever super lightweight title shot.
Romero and Cruz’s bout is set to be featured on the inaugural pay-per-view card by the Premier Boxing Champions on Amazon Prime Video PPV. Can the outspoken Romero from Las Vegas prevail against the Pitbull? Offering further insight into this query, Rolly’s former trainer, ‘Coach Bullet,’ shared his perspective in an interview on FightHypeTV. Let’s explore what he had to say.

When asked if he believes Rolly will beat Pitbull or not, Cromwell Gordon, aka Coach Bullet, agreed and elaborated. He said, “Rolly just have a more difficult style. See, when you go back to the old saying: If you don’t study for a test, you cannot pass that test. We know Pitbull Cruz style, but Rolly style is awkward.”
He explained how Cruz does not have the knack for the jab. He needs to get on the inside, however, Rolly can bear him outside without even taking any chances, according to Coach Bullet. Giving himself the credit, Bullet stated, “He’s orthodox. I think Rolly had all the abilities and all the knowledge that I placed in him about the fight game to be successful.”
The former coach then requested his new trainers to not change anything about his abilities. He said, “Whoever the f**k they are, don’t change nothing about him because if they do, that’s to his demise. Keep doing what Bullet gave him, and he’ll be successful,” believing that Rolly will win with whatever has been taught by him.
