Boxing fans are left with a little disappointment. Canelo Alvarez is set to return to the ring on May 4th in Las Vegas to take on Jaime Munguia. This announcement marks a one-fight deal between Alvarez and Premier Boxing Champions (PBC), following the termination of their previous three-fight agreement. Despite the split, both PBC and DAZN (Alvarez’s usual broadcaster) will televise the event for Alvarez.

This makes it a win-win for fight fans who can access the bout on their preferred platform. This highly anticipated clash between Canelo and Munguia promises to be a thrilling night of boxing, but fans wished for something else. As per the consensus, they wanted to see Alvarez go against David Benavidez and have expressed their interest concerning the same.
