The last time Francis Ngannou entered the boxing ring against Tyson Fury, he nearly caused an upset! ‘The Predator’ wants to get the job done this time against Anthony Joshua. However, he won’t have the pillar named Mike Tyson to lean on, at least not entirely. So, the former UFC heavyweight champion showed up all the way in Mike Tyson Boxing Club in Riyadh to make Tyson part of his training. 

Tyson, who is currently living in his mansion in Las Vegas, is preoccupied with his own life. However, Ngannou’s coach revealed ‘Iron’ Mike would be part of Ngannou’s training as much as he can while speaking to talkSport on 15 January. Ngannou’s clash with Joshua is scheduled for March 8 in Kingdom Arena, Riyadh. So, the social media posts from both Mike Tyson Boxing Club and Ngganou today informing fans about his arrival came as a shock.

Turning to Instagram, Ngannou treated fans with a glimpse of his improved moves in a training montage with his coach, Dewey Cooper. In a highlight of the clip, ‘The Predator’ declares, “I am f**king Francis Ngannou.” Later, addressing it in the post’s caption, quipping, “Sometimes I have to remind myself.” Meanwhile, Mike Tyson Boxing Club celebrated Ngannou’s arrival with a post.

They wrote, “[Francis Ngannou] training at [Mike Tyson Boxing Club] in Riyadh,” alongside some pictures of Ngannou in the ring. Moreover, Ngannou is coming off a split decision loss against ‘The Gypsy King,’ whereas Joshua demonstrated his superiority in the fight against Otto Wallin in December. So, Ngannou’s arrival in Riyadh sent the fans into a frenzy, speculating what’s next in the heavyweight saga!

Fans back Ngannou to win the clash

After witnessing what Ngannou could do, the fans seem confident about his ability to take down Joshua, who has already been defeated by Andy Ruiz and Oleksandr Usyk before. One user expressed his thoughts about Ngannou’s superiority over Joshua. “Francis, too big, too strong! Anthony will be beaten effectively and convincingly,” the user wrote. 

Someone else praised Ngannou’s abilities despite his age. “My guy is about to hit 40 years of age and is still a machine,” the user wrote.

Another user speculated that Ngannou might end up killing his opponents. “This ni**a might just kill someone,” the user commented.
