The Fury family has their knees deep into combat sports. With both Tyson Fury and Tommy Fury headlining boxing this year, one can’t stop themselves but fathom where the future of this clan lies in the sport. From a generation of their father, John Fury making a name for himself in the realm of bare-knuckle boxing to now keen anticipation of what the coming Fury generation holds, one thing is certain: they’re here to stay.

The third generation of the loud and proud Fury clan began in 2011 when Tyson Fury’s first child was born. However, his wife Paris and he have birthed an entire pride of seven kids that if not for boxing can for sure help start a football team, or so he jokes. But there is one kid of his who has already declared that he wants to box like his dad. An innocent declaration will have you in splits for sure.

On the 16th of August this year, the Fury family invited their fans into their household to witness the life that they lead. A Netflix reality show, ‘At Home with the Furys’ gave fans an insight into the world of Furys with every episode providing a deeper understanding of every Fury member. While the show featured biggies like the ‘Gypsy King’ and his wife, Paris, Tommy Fury, and the senior most, John Fury, the youngest of the clan, stole the show.

In an episode of the show, when the couple is out, they receive a text from Adonis, their then-youngest son, who informs them that he’s shaved a strip of his hair. In the video, the young Fury exclaims, “I shaved all of the middle off because I wanted to be like my dad.”

An endearing way to follow in his dad’s footsteps, his mum on the other hand was not impressed. She called the haircut, “Horrendous.” An annoyed Paris continued, “That’s absolutely terrible.” His dad, on the other hand, was very impressed by the mischief and burst into a massive squeal of laughter. He said, “That’s me boy! Get up there, my Adonis! He’s got my buzzer off the ledge upstairs. He’s given himself a full wood.” He further justified Adonis’ going bald, saying, “I’ve got no hair. Like father like son!”

Prince Adonis Amaziah Fury was born on the 1st of March in 2019, making him the youngest child of the couple until very recently, when they birthed their seventh child. However, still the youngest, when the episode aired, expressed his inkling toward the sport of boxing, trailing in his dad’s footsteps. Hold up, not exactly.

Adonis Idolizes Deontay Wilder over Fury

Three years ago, a matchup took its course in the iconic T-Mobile Arena of Las Vegas that left the entire boxing realm divided. Tyson Fury and his long-standing opponent, Deontay Wilder entered a trilogy fight as the latter hoped to redeem himself from his 2020 7th-round knockout. Fury’s second youngest son, now 4, after three years of the matchup, also chose a side. With stellar inspiration right in his house, Adonis rather chose his dad’s biggest rival as his idol.

In a video, the undefeated champ asked his then-three-year-old son, “What do you want to be when you’re older?” The young Fury replied, “A boxer.” Hoping to receive his name in response to his next question, Gypsy King asked, “Which boxer are you going to be like?” Again the young Fury declared, “Deontay Wilder.” Astonished at the response of his son, Fury quipped, “No way! He’s a big dosser.”
