“Matter of Who Will Survive”: Fans Hype Up Salt Papi as He Prepares to Make Bold Statement Ahead of Slim Albaher Fight

Salt Papi will face off against Slim Albaher tonight in the undercard of Dillon Danis vs. Logan Paul and KSI vs. Tommy Fury. With the hype around Dillon and Logan, one might expect them to steal the show. But surprisingly, that is not the case in any way, as evident from the responses to a tweet from Salt Papi whose real name is Nathaniel Bustamante.

Recently, Salt Papi shared a tweet on X with a short montage of his pictures from childhood to adulthood. Alongside the clip, Papi wrote in the caption, “TONIGHT, THIS FAT BOY WILL SHOW THE WORLD WHAT HE’S MADE OUT OF!!!” It’s worth mentioning that Papi’s last fight was against Anthony Taylor, where he lost via a unanimous decision. However, Papi has since set out on a journey to redeem himself by defeating Slim. The tremendous motivation and support from his fans, reflected in the comment section of the tweet.

There are mere hours left in the eventual clash between Papi and Slim. Meanwhile, Papi’s tweet garnered unparalleled support from the fan base. While some asserted Papi would win the fight, others complimented Papi’s physical transformation.

One user confidently declared that Papi would claim the middleweight title tonight. The user followed that with a heartfelt message, urging Papi to give it his all and affirmed that his devoted fans are rooting for him. 

The next user commended Papi for his physical transformation for the upcoming fight with Slim. However, the user confidently predicted that Slim would win the fight tonight. It’s also worth noting that Papi weighed nearly 220 lbs before starting his journey to weight loss. 

Another user simply claimed Papi is the pride of the Philippines. Notably, Papi was born in the Philippines and then moved to the UK as a teenager. 

Someone else remarked that the win would have been much more inspirational if Papi had managed to win the fight without going through the weight loss transformation. However, many fans argued that Papi’s transformation serves as an inspiration, irrespective of the result tonight.
