Additionally, the holder of the belt will be called ‘Riyadh Champion’, as the fight is going to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The first press conference between the fighters just concluded on Thursday in London. Fans are dismissing the WBC belt for Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou

A lot of people are excited about this contest, even the boxing legend, Evander Holyfield gave his predictions for the bout. But, almost all the fans are against the decision of the introduction of the new belt for the crossover event between ‘The Gypsy King’ and ‘Predator’. So, the fans have quite rightly expressed their frustration in the comments section.

One of the fans stated that the WBC is trying to emulate WWE by the number of belts they’re trying to inculcate in the sport.

Another fan stated that the organization has become a “joke” at this point. It can’t be taken seriously, and the fan is not even shocked by this.

One fan was taken aback by another introduction of a belt as the organization did the same for the Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury fight.
