The world waited desperately for the finalization of the fight between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk. But unfortunately, the negotiations between these two never reached a logical conclusion. After the failed negotiations, Usyk was directed to fight his mandatory challenger Daniel Dubois. This will be Usyk’s second title defense after he successfully defended his title against Anthony Joshua. As excited as the world is to witness Usyk defend his title against the upcoming heavyweight. It seems like John Fury is favoring Dubois to secure the win. And even has some ideas for the fellow Brit to get his hands on Usyk’s unified championship title.
In a recent interview, John Fury opened up about why he believes Usyk made a mistake in choosing to fight Dubois. And moreover, he revealed a game plan for Dubois to follow if he intends to beat the Ukranian.
John Fury believes Dubois can “knock” Usyk out

In a recent interview with BoxingSocial, Fury talked about the upcoming bout between Usyk and Dubois. And revealed that even though Dubois is the underdog going into this fight, he could still pull an upset on the night of August 26th when the two clash in Poland.
Fury said, “Daniel Dubois can knock him out, so Usyk has dropped a clanger.” Talking about a game plan for Dubois, he added, “They’ve [Dubois’ team] have got to have the right tactics, the right game plan, and some b***ocks. That’s all that’s needed to take the cruiserweight down. “
Fury even revealed that if Dubois tries to box the Ukranian, he will be playing into Usyk’s hands. According to Fury, Dubois needs to get rough and tough with the ‘cat.’
Fury further made it clear that there is no way Dubois will be able to out-jab the reigning unified champion. Talking about how Dubois will have to fight with everything he has got within him, Fury said,” You’ve got to hit him with everything but the kitchen sink and keep it going.”

Will Tyson Fury and Usyk fight?
This is undoubtedly one of the most awaited matchups in the heavyweight division. And, even though the two failed in negotiating a fight in April, the two were rumored to clash in December as part of a Saudi deal. However, recently, Tyson Fury’s promoter Frank Warren revealed that the Saudi deal is also off due to the failure of both camps to come to an agreement.
