Alycia Baumgardner has successfully avenged her loss against Christina Lnardatou and defended her undisputed super featherweight title in her homecoming. With all three judges scoring the bout in Baumgardner’s favor, the 29-year-old defeated Linardatou, 35, via UD. With this victory, she now has a 9-fight win streak. After the bout, during her interview inside the ring, ‘The Bomb’ answered what was next for her in the sport.

Following the win, although Baumgardner mentioned that she would prefer to continue defending her titles at 130, ‘The Bomb’ barely hesitated to call out the biggest names in the sport. In her opinion, she will keep getting better and wants to taste victory at 135 and 140 lbs. Here are the names that she called out proudly!

In her opinion, Alycia Baumgardner delivered an A-grade performance against Litardatou in their rematch at her homecoming. Baumgardner, who promised that she would avenge her loss, had fun “doing what I wanted“. Although she recognized the presence of a heart in Linardatou, she called herself “a sharper and better fighter” in the ring. “She has heart, and I give her that. She kept coming forward, but I’m just a sharper and better fighter. I’m a smart fighter; I took my time,” Baumgardner told FightHype. In addition to being asked about her next movement in the sport, she called out three giant names.

Although she feels she is not perfect, Baumgardner promised that she would keep learning and keep applying. “I will continue to defend my titles at 130 because I can do that. I’m great, I’m getting better. You know, I have always protected myself. I can always work on something,” she declared. “I’m not perfect and one thing about me [is that] I’m a student of the game. I’mma listen and I’mma keep learning and keep applying,” Baumgardner concluded with a smile on her face after the victory.
