Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. and the father of his grandson NBA YoungBoy have had a tumultuous relationship throughout the years. The Baton Rouge rapper has also had an on-and-off relationship with Floyd’s daughter Yaya Mayweather. Despite this, the former champion still holds YoungBoy in high regard. However, the same cannot be said for the rapper.

The recent brawl involving John Gotti III and Mayweather has become a focal point of a larger feud. The fight which took place on June 11, was marred by controversy as Gotti was disqualified for holding in the 6th round and subsequently engaged in a physical altercation with the referee. This incident served as a catalyst for Nicolette Gotti, John Gotti III’s sister, to unleash a racially charged attack on Yaya Mayweather and NBA YoungBoy through a scathing Instagram post. However, in response to Nicolette Gotti’s threats, NBA YoungBoy finally broke his silence on the matter in a video that circulated on social media.

In a video uploaded on social media, the Louisiana native expressed his disdain for Yaya, proclaiming his hatred for her. He then turned his attention to Nicolette Gotti, daring her to do her worst. YoungBoy’s response seemed to indicate that he cared little about the fate of the mother of his child. Moreover, he also asserted his dislike for Mayweather suggesting a strained relationship between the two.

I hope you do that b***h the worse way, two or three years from now. I don’t give a f**k. It ain’t my business I hate that h*e. And when it come to her daddy, that ni**a don’t need to be in my mentions, I don’t f**k with him. Your brother lost the fight, every dog have their day man, that’s how it go,” he said.

This was not all as although he did not show much care about Yaya, he warned Nicollette Gotti not to disrespect him. “I idolize your daddy. Man, next time you ever disrespect me, y’all ‘gone have to bomb me. Have a blessed day, beautiful,” he added.

As tensions continue to mount, the Mayweather-YoungBoy relationship remains a source of intrigue and speculation. Moreover, with the rapper now back on social media after a very long time, this could possibly be the start of a huge back-and-forth drama in the Mayweather family.
