Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou finally faced each other at the kickoff press conference in Outernet London. The high-profile ten-round exhibition occurs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on October 28. For Ngannou, the event marks his pro-boxing debut. For Fury, the non-title bout will enter the records shared by the WBC. The latter discussed various issues with the media, including the recently concluded Oleksandr Usyk–Daniel Dubois bout. ‘The Gypsy King’ didn’t mince his words, criticizing the Ukrainian champion.
But for their inability to reach an agreement during talks, there could have been a Tyson Fury-Oleksandr Usyk match earlier this year. Usyk proceeded with business to meet the mandatory challenger, Daniel Dubois, on August 26 in Poland. Though he won via knockout, the match eventually gained notoriety for the low-blow controversy.

It’s simply not done Usyk, Tyson Fury calls out
So, after declaring that he would defeat Francis Ngannou in the octagon, he shared his views on his father, John Fury, taking on Mike Tyson in a boxing match. When asked for his thoughts on the former Heavyweight champion assisting Ngannou, Fury said, “No, he will give him all the information he needs, but like Mike said, when a man gets punched in the face, his game plan goes out the window...”
Tyson Fury on the Oleksandr Usyk vs Daniel Dubois low blow controversy: “He [Usyk] was a little s***bag, he cheated. He’s supposed to be this God-fearing man. Don’t be a little coward, be a man. That wasn’t a low blow, he’s a s***house p***y. He lost, he got beat by Dubois.”

Finally, the question of Usyk’s victory came up. Calling the unified Heavyweight champion a ‘sh*t bag’ Tyson Fury replied that he ‘cheated.’ He continued that everyone expects Usyk to be God-fearing, “…rolling up and down with a low blow, and he hit him on the beltline. Come on, don’t be a little sh*t house coward, be a man…stand up to it.” When one reporter asked whether he believed that hit was legal, Fury said he had been a world Heavyweight champion for fifteen years, winning nearly twenty-two belts. He said, “..what do I know that wasn’t a low blow? I know that, and one little sh*t house p**sy knows that too; he lost man. He got beat by Dubois, man…”

As it stands, Frank Warren reportedly appealed to the WBA to declare the Usyk-Dubois a no-contest so that an immediate rematch could be brought about. A hit from Dubois in the fifth round sent the Ukrainian champion down the canvas. However, he received nearly four minutes to recover, and the referee declared the shot a low blow. Team Dubois contests the decision. According to them, there’s no question on the legality of the hit as it seemingly landed on Usyk’s beltline.
