Taking to his Instagram, Charlo made the bold announcement of returning back at 154 to give Terence the fight he asked for. He said, “Bout To Shock The World (168). Then I’m Coming Back To Hold My Throne Down at (154). IM THE KING. NOTHING Will Stop Me. Mega Fight’s Here On Out. After My Boy Rematch We Can Give The People What They Want And Make The @tbudcrawford Happen!!”
An unfaced ‘Bud’ Crawford gave a short comment in response: “Good Luck in yo fight, I wish you the best.”
Charlo believes he has the advantage against Canelo
It won’t be an easy matchup for ‘Iron Man’ Charlo. When the first bell rings on the 30th of September, he will be stripped of at least one title that he has attained.
Earlier, the fighter spoke vividly about the advantages this matchup offers to his career. The first benefit in his favor is apparently the speed he has in comparison to Canelo. Further, he also believes that he is a bigger puncher than his opponent. He said, “I believe I got the speed. I got the power. I know one thing about it is Canelo, he is strong. I feel like I’m probably a bigger puncher than Canelo. That’s going to be the surprise.”

He further said, “I’m not just a little 154-pounder when I walk around. And I don’t have to struggle to make 168. So I’m going to have a great time. Training camp has been good. I’ve already been training for months.”
This fight is going to be a big one for the younger Charlo brother. Meanwhile, the world waits with bated breath for the big clash between him and Terence Crawford. This fight would be great to see after the historic unification that took place between Bud and Errol Spence Jr.
