It’s Super Bowl weekend. While the entire United States sits on the edge, a few, unfortunately, need to go about their chores. More so, the legality of their high-risk task is questionable. They need to break into homes when the homeowners are not around. Catch hold of whatever valuables they can get hold of and scoot. Let the security cameras roll. So what if the premises they entered and came out of belonged to Ryan Garcia?

The boxer has been experiencing a turbulent time period recently. But just when he thought he could relax and watch his favorite team playoff at the Super Bowl, an unexpected nightmare unfolded. The security camera at his residence captured intruders going inside. They came out a few minutes later with the loot and escaped. A visibly shocked Garcia took to social media and shared the reel. His primary worry was for some of the team members who were present at the place when the incident occurred. Given the happenings that took place during the last few days, it didn’t take much time for a few netizens to connect the dots and share their thoughts. It’s a different matter; a few of them ventured into the wild territory.

An eventful couple of days for Ryan Garcia!

Ryan Garcia wrote, “They robbed us this morning!! Praise the Lord, we weren’t there. He protected me. I love you, God. Thank you. But wow. I’m here just trying to enjoy Super Bowl weekend, and they got my team shook cause a part of them were there.

The incident takes place after the brawl with Team Haney at the Super Bowl Radio Row. Not long ago, the sides finally came to an agreement for a fight in April. Their last conversation, more than a month ago, went through an infamous collapse as Ryan Garcia developed an interest in fighting Rolando Romero instead of Devin Haney. Though talks of a ‘Rollie’ fight also didn’t live much to see another day.

The two boxers have reportedly agreed to fight in April in Las Vegas. Ryan Garcia will challenge Haney for his WBC light-welterweight belt. Given the high profile of both boxers, many foresee a blockbuster in hand.

For the time being, it is the scuffle that has been gaining traction across the fandom.

Flight of the Robbers

The public feud with the Haneys probably provided the much-needed ammo some of the followers needed to lay bare their zany selves. Of course, a few sounded concerned as well.

This follower stated matter-of-factly whether the intruders were Devin Haney’s security personnel.

Seemingly, this user too shared similar doubts and asked whether it was Team Haney that went inside the Garcia residence.

But then the next user had a different thought. They feel Ryan Garcia might reserve the oft-repeated ‘robbed’ excuse after losing the fight with Devin Haney.

The follower checked whether Garcia received any advanced communication from the perpetrators!

But this user sounded a bit serious. They believe it must have been someone who knew about Garcia’s absence. Maybe the boxer should get a better alarm system installed. However, the most important thing is that no one got hurt, as the user stated.

Digs apart, it’s undeniably a serious incident that can jolt anyone. Hopefully, as one of the users said, no physical harm came to anyone anyone present at the place. The young boxer, already burdened with a multitude of concerns, now faces an additional one that will demand his attention. In all probability, measures will be in place to ensure such instances do not occur in the future.
