Jake Paul is well on his way to a big fight against the former UFC veteran Nate Diaz. This crossover bout is going to mark the boxing debut for Diaz who must be looking forward to a massive paycheck. The 10 rounds bout will be held on August 5, 2023, at American Airlines Center in Dallas. Both Diaz and Paul appear to be confident about the bout. Furthermore, ‘The Problem Child’ recently even picked a bone with Diaz’s rival Conor McGregor by insulting his wife. However, the Stockton native didn’t like that in the least and came out in support of McGregor.

Paul needs to win the bout in order to prove himself after his most recent loss against Tommy Fury in their Saudi Arabia bout. As the anticipation for the upcoming bout builds up, Most Valuable Promotions posted a Tweet that earned them the ire of a lot of boxing fans. In their recent Tweet, MVP wrote, “Jake Paul has never been beaten. He lost to Tommy Fury, but Tommy didn’t beat him. Can Nate Diaz be the one to finally smoke Jake Paul into retirement?”

Fury and Paul went at each other earlier this year and the YouTuber boxer lost via a split decision. Tommy Fury appeared to have outclassed Paul during their bout even though he did go down during the eighth round. There is a chance of a rematch taking place soon as Paul recently offered Fury a rematch after he is done with the Diaz bout. Many fans were not satisfied with this claim and they pointed it out in the comments.

MVP’s claim of Jake Paul remaining undefeated evokes mixed reactions

MVP’s claim that Jake Paul “has never been beaten” sparked confusion among fans. Reacting to this statement, fans expressed their skepticism, with some humorous and critical remarks.

Twitter user KingFirebreak chimed in, saying, “so he lost to tommy but he hasn’t been beat? delete this asap.”

Another fan, InstantMedia added, “I’m pretty sure “Losing to Tommy Fury” means Jake’s been beaten by definition.”

Moreover, PUDGE_215 took a sarcastic tone and mocked Paul for once again not fighting someone of his age. He wrote, “Jake fought a somewhat boxer close to his age and was embarrassed”. He further claimed that Paul “immediately ran to fight another retired MMA fight who is much older than he is lmao.”

Another fan John predicted a swift victory for Jake Paul over Nate. He wrote, “No Nate’s getting smoked he’s a decent boxer for MMA but that’s it Paul knocks him out in R1 I reckon.”

Meanwhile, Pascal Logic argued, “This makes no sense. Jake got out struck ever single round. Thats why hes back to cherry picking old retired bjj guys. Your statement would only make sense “if” Jake lost via Disqualification or something. Thats not the case. Jake got whooped.”

One fan Dmitry claimed, “his actual pro boxing record against pro boxers is 0-1.”
