After weeks of battle fought with words, Logan Paul and Dillon Danis finally stepped inside the ring on October 14th only to end their dispute with a brawl. Despite being a professional fighter, Danis was outboxed by ‘The Maverick’ as the latter intelligently used his reach advantage against his opponent. To impress the spectators, Paul aptly demonstrated the effectiveness of basic punches in the ring. However, on the other side, Danis, primarily a mixed martial artist, pathetically struggled and often tied ‘The Maverick’ up in proximity.
For those blessed with the ability to analyze fights, Danis’ movements resembled that displayed by a conventional cage fighter who threw their hands occasionally. As a result, he was easily in a fix and frustrated when Logan Paul successfully changed levels and left his love on Danis’ head as well as his body. Ultimately, the 30-year-old lost the bout via disqualification. In light of this loss to Paul, ‘El Jefe’ recently took to X and made an absurd claim besides expressing his desire to face Mike Perry.

After a popular X account, Happy Punch contemplated a potential bout between Danis and Perry, ‘El Jefe’ spoke in favor of the fight. In now what appears to be a deleted tweet, the 30-year-old stated he would rather face Perry than Logan Paul. In an absurd statement, he even accused Paul of running the whole time during their fight. “I would of rather this fight [Perry] someone to make a show and trade not run the whole time,” announced Danis. Despite Danis’ confidence, a number of fans felt otherwise.
According to one, Perry would KO Danis, a “puppet” in Jake Paul’s opinion.

Well, given Dillon Danis’ latest performance against Logan Paul, one must admit that the mixed martial artist needs to improve his boxing skills significantly. Although a professional fighter, he barely displayed the characteristics of a thinking martial artist. Likewise, for the time being, one cannot expect much from Danis should he face Perry in a boxing match. Anyway, do you think Danis has a better chance against Perry?
