Jake Paul is not the one to back down. The YouTuber turned professional boxer has become a famous personality in the boxing world. Even though many doubted his skills as a professional boxer, he has continued to defy the odds. Paul will lock horns with MMA veteran Nate Diaz, who has parted ways with UFC and has now become a free agent. This will be Diaz’s debut in boxing. And it seems like he is not letting that fact hinder his ambition for the fight. Paul and Diaz have agreed to ramp up the total number of rounds for their fight. The fight between the two will now take place for 10 rounds.

This change in the fight comes after the former UFC sensation proposed it to the Ohio-raised internet sensation. And, to which he agreed. Paul took to Twitter, to make this announcement to his fans. This change has caused a stir among the fans who are now more eager for the fight. But, out of all the fans, a special someone stands out. Andrew Tate‘s brother Tristan Tate also reacted to this change in the fight.

The clash between Paul and Diaz will now take place for 10 rounds. And with this change, Paul has become the first crossover boxer to have a fight scheduled for 10 rounds. This decision has been approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as reported by ESPN.

Paul took to Twitter, to make this announcement for his fans. And, he claimed that this change plays a “big advantage” for Diaz. He wrote, “If the fight goes to the later rounds, it’s obviously a big advantage for Nate. I know that, he knows that (that’s why he made the request), the oddsmakers know that. But I don’t give a fuck. I’m all in.” Things between the two got intense during their face-off.

 It seems like Paul isn’t intimidated by this change. And, deserves to be lauded for agreeing to make such a change against a trained professional MMA fighter. However, the boxing world has been divided after this announcement. Tristan Tate showed his appreciation for the 26-year-old for making this bold change and wrote, “Respect”.

A user named Gordy Kegs lauded Paul despite agreeing that he would like to see the 26-year-old take on other celebs and MMA fighters. He further wrote, “You don’t have to like him, but at least it’s interesting.”

 

A user named Gabriela believes that Paul will win the fight in the first round.
