Amari Jones vs. Quilisto Madera: Stats and physical attributes

Amari Jones, 21, made his professional debut in 2021 against Alberto Delgado. With his debut in the Super Welterweight division of the sport, he won seven of his first fights by way of a knockout consecutively until he went the distance with Tej Pratap Singh in 2022. But, apart from the UD victory against Singh, Jones, 10-0-0, won 90% of his fights via KO in the ring.

On the other hand, Quilisto Madera, 31, debuted against Jesus Lopez in 2014. In his professional career, besides winning 14 fights, he already lost 4 matches in the ring. However, with 64.29% of his victories arriving by way of a knockout, he also won 9 matches via KO. As a result, it is worth mentioning that Madera is more experienced than Jones given i) he has fought more fights than Amari and ii) he knows the bitter taste of a defeat.

Anyway, while Jones weighed in at 164¾ lbs in his last fight against Luis Diaz, Madera weighed in at 165 lbs in his last match against Kevin Newman II. However, unlike Madera who lost his last match via UD, Jones defeated his last opponent Diaz via a 1st-round TKO in the ring. In addition, Amari is 10 years younger than Madera and is expected to display faster movements during the fight. But, one must also note that both Jones and Madera are 6′ 0″ and share a reach of 193cm in the ring.
