There seems to be no clear answer, whether it’s genuine hatred for each other or pushes for building up a fight. But when blood gets drawn, thoughts unknowingly hinge on hostility, going from bad to worse. Just when the big beefing between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis appeared to be taking turns to become a garden-variety bellyache, the duo, in a plot twist, upped the ante once again, so much so that they seemed hell-bent on not leaving anything for the finals.

In a fresh round, much before the opening round of their fight scheduled at the Manchester Arena tomorrow, Logan Paul and Dillon came face-to-face yesterday during a press conference. Multiple reports suggested that Logan Paul sustained injuries. Dillon Danis threw a microphone at his face in response to a bottle the former had hurled. Later, the Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt even posted a message on X, formerly Twitter. Perhaps a warning for Paul about the troubles that lie ahead?

All hell broke loose yesterday at Misfits Boxing‘s pre-fight press conference. So, the plan was for Logan Paul and Dillon Danis to enter a cage. It had a plexiglass partition to keep them away. But the duo were already engaged in a slanging match. On stage, facing one another, as they inched closer, ‘The Maverick’ lobbed a water bottle at Danis.

Incensed, the Parsippany, New Jersey-born mixed martial artist wasted no time throwing the microphone he held in his right hand. Subsequent footage from other angles shows Logan Paul receiving a cut near his right eye. Thankfully, the security details were at arm’s length to intervene. Though it took them some time, despite several efforts from Dillon Danis to go after Logan Paul, they eventually managed to clear the stage.

Attached with still-showing blood stains on the floor, purportedly belonging to Paul, Danis wrote on his X account what would happen to him if he messed with someone so dangerous. He said, “Play with fire, get burnt p**sy, @LoganPaul.

The incident immediately sparked rumors of Logan Paul pulling out of the fight. Another clip showed Mike Perry in a face-off with Dillon Danis. However, the YouTuber-turned-boxer-turned-pro wrestler clarified early today that he’s very much in with tomorrow’s fight. He mentioned that Danis can’t evade him anymore. It’s just that the stakes have been raised for tomorrow night’s battle.
