Callum Walsh and Tabatha Ricci have been painting the town red for some time. The lovey-dovey couple appeared as pretty as a picture on the quaint, idyllic beaches of Hawaii. On a well-deserved break after their current assignments got over, Walsh and Ricci shared clips of their vacation at ‘The Aloha State.’ With four fights this year, Cork, Ireland-born ‘King’ has had a dream run this year.

Walsh, who has all-out support from UFC honcho Dana White, defeated Ismael Villareal at Madison Square Garden on November 9. On the other hand, 28-year-old Tabatha Ricci suffered her second career loss to Loopy Godinez during UFC 295. Undeterred, the pair, as the footage shows, snorkeled among turtles, walking alongside pristine shorelines. On the Instagram post, they wrote, “A week in Hawaii.

Since its arrival, over seven thousand followers have already liked it. A flurry of comments joined in. Most gave a shout-out to Callum Walsh and Tabatha Ricci. Understandably, nothing could prevent a few naysayers from chiming in with their thoughts.

Sounding unhappy, the following user lamented that both Callum Walsh and Tabatha Ricci lost their respective fights. But despite that, the latter is behaving as if she won. Hence, the user said they would never support her again: “They both lost their fights, but she acted like she won, [which] was disgusting. Never [root] for her again.” But for this follower, it’s not a bad deal. Using the Cork slang, they said the Walsh has gotten on well: “Fair dues lad not bad for a langer boiiii.

Then this user believes, if not more, that catching the ‘Baby Shark’ is tantamount to winning a major championship: “Catching that Baby Shark is a win such as a championship win, if not more . Get it, playa.” But then the next few users weren’t so happy either. The first follower held Callum Walsh responsible for Tabatha Ricci’s loss: “He is the reason you lost, single Ricci.” Then the second went after the Irish boxer, chiding him to concentrate on training: “Focus on the training, lmao.” Finally, this follower believes that Walsh is probably unfaithful to Ricci: “Honestly, dude is probably cheating on her.

As it turned out, WWE top brass had joined Dana White in the ringside as they watched Walsh attend one of his toughest tests.

Two careers at a close glance

In a battle of wills, the Irishman suffered a knockdown in the final round of the fight. Additionally, he received a headbutt and a low blow as well. Nevertheless, he outboxed the Bronx, a New York-born brawler who suffered a second career loss. A protege of Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach, Callum Walsh has won the Irish title six times and won a European gold as well. The ‘King’, who started his professional career two years ago, remains unbeaten with nine wins, seven of which came via knockouts.

Girlfriend Tabatha Ricci, on the other hand, entered the octagon two days after Walsh’s victory. However, she lost the fight through a split decision. It was the third fight of the year for her. She had defeated Jessica Penne and Gillian Robertson a few months ago.
